Currently, all "cancel" transactions are sent from the CIAS Market's wallet (address: celestia1pdf2z7q85n9k63d57vakqasjsdgh5m6fq54p02) to users who wish to cancel their listings. In the future, we plan to allow users to send "cancel" transactions themselves to cancel their listings.
